1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing our website and utilizing our services to sell your electronic devices, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Device Requirements
Ocala Phone Buyer specializes in purchasing newer, high-value electronics. To be eligible for purchase, devices generally must meet the following criteria:
- Devices must be 3 years old or newer.
- You must be the legal owner of the device.
- The device must not be reported lost or stolen.
- All activation locks (e.g., iCloud, Google account) must be removed prior to sale.
- The device must not be under an active financial contract or lease.
3. Pricing & Offers
All quotes provided online or over the phone are estimates based on the information you provide regarding the device's model, condition, and specifications. Final offers are contingent upon a physical inspection of the device. If the device's condition differs from your description, we reserve the right to adjust our offer or decline the purchase.
4. Payment Terms
For local meetups, payment is issued immediately upon successful inspection and transfer of the device. We offer payment via Cash, Zelle, or PayPal. For mail-in transactions, payment is issued within 24 hours of receiving and inspecting the device.
5. Shipping & Delivery
If you choose to mail your device, we will provide a free prepaid shipping label. You are responsible for securely packaging the device to prevent damage during transit. Ocala Phone Buyer is not liable for devices lost or damaged in transit before they are received at our facility.
6. Liability
Once a transaction is complete and payment has been issued, the sale is final. Ocala Phone Buyer assumes full ownership of the device. We are not responsible for any personal data left on the device, though we perform a secure data wipe on all purchased devices as a standard procedure.
7. User Responsibilities
It is your responsibility to back up any personal data and perform a factory reset on your device before selling it to us. You must also remove any SIM cards or memory cards. We are not responsible for returning these items if left in the device.
8. Modifications to Terms
Ocala Phone Buyer reserves the right to modify these Terms and Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
